Obituary for William James Blackburn

William James Blackburn a New Castle resident passed away Saturday March 7, 2020 at his residence.
He was born December 4, 1954 in New Castle a son of the late James Everett and Pauline Vanderpool Blackburn. He had resided in New Castle all of his life and was a graduate of New Castle Chrysler High School.
Mr. Blackburn has been a carpenter most of his life and enjoyed family activities, fishing and the outdoors.
Left to cherish his memory are sisters Catherine Slaven, of New Castle, Mary (Kenneth) Ray of New Castle, Debbie Blackburn of New Castle and half brother Charlie Blackburn.
He was preceded in death by his mother in 1981, his father in 1985 and a nephew Nathan Manuel Navero in 2013

The funeral will take place Friday March 13, 2020 at 2:00pm Macer-Hall-Marcum & Moffitt, Main St. Chapel 600 S Main St. New Castle, with visitation same day starting at 12 noon until time of service.
